you know being a step father and trying to fit into a 12 going on 13 yr olds life is hard. But Aaron did an awsome thing by giving my stepson,Marcus, his pic from tonight's show as a sign of PRIDE. I now know that no matter how small the token is; the IMPACT goes very far in the life of the CHILD. Thank you for being that influence Aaron. I'm greatly indebted to you , Joshua Riojas, San Antonio,TX March 14,2010.

I endured 3 years of horrible Domestic Violence. So many times I felt so scared and alone. I knew the things I needed to do, but was terrified to do them! Aaron Lewis' lyrics spoke to me in a way no one could. So many nights I fell asleep to his music. I felt less alone, and could sleep, at least for a while!

Aaron: I don't know if you read these comments. Dec. 20, 2009 my husband took his own life. Last week I was in the process of shuting his cell phone off and I found your song, Tangled Up In You on his play list. Next to the song was my name. I listened to it and I do not know how you were able to capture the essence of my husband. Your song was able to convey the feelings my husband had for me but was not able to tell me. Your song was the only slow song on my husband's playlist. It was the only song that was not about suicide, feeling worthless, etc. I want to thank you for writing that song and for taking away a little of the pain I am feeling. Respectfully, Paige

Aaron, not sure if you read these comments, but it is so wonderful to witness your maturation as an artist and personal growth through the years. It may not be something that you realize shines through, but these changes are readily apparent to long-time fans. I attended my 1st Staind concert in 1999 (11 years ago...sheesh!) and there was a sense of joy that I observed in you during my visit to the "Stimulate This!" show last year that was simply AWESOME! May God continue to bless you.
