Fucked Up San Manuel (At Least Staind Rocked)

This was the most fucked up venue I have ever been to. Fuck them. We showed up for the show at 3:00pm, after finally getting through the snow plagued Cajon Pass, the venue staff was clueless, and completely ignorant. No one knew what the hell was going on and we were treated like shit by a couple of the box office workers there. After about 2 and a half hours of searching for shit we met up with a few of the Dysfunctional fan club members (Rosie and her husband, Gabe and his friend, Jason and his wife, and Angela... thanks) who were all in the same position. Finally around 7:00 we found Richie and Dave from the band and got some anwers, I have never seen a man foam at the mouth that way( thanks Dave) to get their fans in. This was our first meet with the band and I must say my wife and I were dissapointed in the way the event staff was pushing people in and out, we spent about 7 minutes with the band and got a few signatures and a picture (not with our camera, again, what the fuck is that, NO CAMERAS) the silver lining in the whole thing was the amount of hospitality the band did have, and knowing it was not thier fault, we were able to enjoy the time we did get with them.

The show on the other hand FUCK YEAH... This band still has it, amazing show, exciting emotional and hard. I was molested by some chicks who were rushing from the back, and my wife was being groped and bulldozed by some ignorant asshole. We almost had some picks but just missed them as they were being thrown by the band. The show was the shit, the band performed as good as I have seen, and as expected. I was not dissapointed with the show itself as Staind has never dissapointed... I will go wherever Staind plays regardless of where, lets all just hope its not at San Manuel again.

I went there and they looked at me like I was speaking some foreign language, they told me to go to the show entrance and tlak to someone there. I went there and they told me to go to will call. I figured i would go toguest services and once there was told to go to the box office. I went there and they told me to go to will call. I asked for a manager and told him that this was their show and someone needed to find out for me what was going on. A guy took me upstairs and went back to will call from there back to the show entrance and to my amazement he found out absolutley nothing. Geez that place needs to get their act together. I hope Staind never does a show there again. To top it off when the show was over I figured I would get a room and just hang out there for the night, and they dont even have a hotel there, if you want a room you need to go a few miles down the road... unbelieveable

Yeah, the meet and greet was not what I expected nor what was told to us by other members, I am greatful to have had them sign the stuff but at the same time I feel that for the price I paid the stupid fucking casino owes me my money, not the band as I know they had nothing to do with the situation. Still, the the show was great 4th row center the seats were awsome, see you guys at the next one.

Im happy though, i got quite a few pictures signed. When Aaron approached me i told him i was sorry but i had like 7 things for him to sign if, all he said was " hey thats cool lets see what you got " I thought that was great of him. So thanks to the guys and it was great to meet my fellow staind fans
