fan experience
i had a really cool fan experience in huntington, wv. we have a videographer (fran) who travels with us to help with the video blogs, pics, etc. we've been looking for fans to video for our european video for "the way i am" and he's been filming them singing the song. he was working on this in huntington, wv and aaron went by to say "thanks" to all the people helping out with the filming. there was one guy there kevin who said he really wanted to meet me. he was a guitar player and said he really liked my playing and had been influenced by it. fran came and told me and he brought kevin by the bus. we got to hang out for a few minutes and he told me that he could play almost all of our songs and really loved the band. fran said that he did an awesome job singing along to the song for the video and wanted to bring him by. it was cool meeting him - unfortunately i had a bit of drama going on at home and didn't get to hang with him as much as i would have liked. we had lost power at our house and i was trying to reach the power company to find out when the power would get turned back on. i really wanted to hear him play but had to deal with the problem at home. next time. it's always cool to meet people who are into what you are doing and kevin was definitely one of those people. he was standing right in front of me the whole show singing along. it was great meeting you kevin and thanks for all your support!!!

I have bought your music books from three of your albums and I am right now working my way through break the cycle. Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be able to replicate your bad as rifts but I'll always keep trying. I got to meet Aaron after the concert you guys did in Tupelo, Mississippi and I was really hoping I could meet the rest of you but I understand how tired your probably are after doing a bad ass show. Anyway wanted to show some respect on here and hopefully by the time you come back to Atlanta Ill figure out where you guys park the damn buses at Lakewood and get another chance to meet you. and congrats to Kevin man. Thats bad as hell... I need to get your help on playing these songs lol.
