ARE YOU FOR REAL???? I DO SO MUCH, AND GIVE SO MUCH, THAT ITS NOW EXPECTED OF ME?????? THAT I NOW SOMEHOW OWE YOU MORE THAN THE CD YOU CHOSE TO PURCHASE, OR THE SHOW YOU CHOSE TO BUY A TICKET FOR, OR THE HOURS AND HOURS THAT IVE STOOD OUT IN THE RAIN OR SNOW TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS AND TALK UNTIL PEOPLE START WALKING AWAY,OR THE THOUSANDS OF FANS THAT IVE GOTTEN INTO A SHOW WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE A TICKET, OR THE COUNTLESS TIMES IVE BROUGHT FANS ONTO THE BUS OR PUT THEM SIDESTAGE, OR THE COUNTLESS CHARITIES I GIVE TO, OR THE HOURS I SPEND ON THIS SITE, OR THE MEET AND GREETS THAT I DO EVERY DAY, OR THE HUNDREDS OF TIMES IVE GIVEN YOU CREDIT FOR US STILL BEING HERE. IS THAT NOT ENOUGH.........CAN I SOMEHOW GIVE MORE..........MAYBE I SHOULD GIVE MY HOUSE AWAY IN A CONTEST- AFTER ALL, YOURE THE REASON I HAVE IT RIGHT..........MY GUITARS TOO CAUSE AFTER ALL, I WOULDNT NEED THEM IF IT WASNT FOR YOU RIGHT........SHOULD I LEAVE MY KIDS TO YOU AS WELL IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT????????? I BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE MY FANS FEEL APPRECIATED. YOU ARE THE REASON IM HERE.......BUT IM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE THIS IS NOW REQUIRED OF ME WHICH IS TRUELY NOT THE CASE. I DO THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WANT TO. WOULDNT IT BE SAD IF THAT WASNT THE CASE ANYMORE. IM SORRY TO SOUND SO AGREVATED BUT FRANKLY I AM. I TAKE WHAT YOU ALL HAVE TO SAY VERY PERSONALLY BECAUSE I DO CARE ABOUT THE FANS AND I IM VERY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT I AM STILL HERE BECAUSE OF YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.

IN REFERENCE TO THE MOHEGAN SUN INCIDENT THAT HAS ME SO IRRITATED RIGHT NOW, I GUESS MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DO TOO MUCH. I STARTED MY DAY AT MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY BY DRIVING MY PICK UP TRUCK FROM NIAGARA FALLS(BASICALLY CANADA) WHERE I HAD PLAYED THURSDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT TO ARRIVE AT THE MOHEGAN SUN AROUND 9 AM. MY INTERVIEWS FOR THE DAY STARTED AT 2:00 WHICH WERE FOLLOWED BY 3 DIFFERENT MEET AND GREETS BEFORE GOING ON STAGE I THEN PLAYED FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR THE THIRD SHOW IN A ROW. AFTER, I FELT THAT I COULD DO A LITTLE MORE FOR EVERYONE BY GOING OUT AND SIGNING SOME MORE AND SAYING THANKS AND HELLO EVEN THOUGH I HAD 80 TO 90 FRIENDS AND FAMILY WAITING BACKSTAGE FOR ME. I THEN LET THE VENUE PUT ME ON DISPLAY IN THE MAIN CORRIDOR OF THE CASINO WITH A LINE THAT REACHED INTO THE OLD CASINO AT THE FAR END. THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAD TO BE REGULATED SOMEHOW OR ELSE I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE JUST JUMPED DOWN FROM THE STAGE AFTER THE LAST SONG AND STARTED SIGNING, HENCE WHERE THE BRACELETS CAME INTO PLAY. THE VENDOR OF SUCH BRACELETS TOLD ME RIGHT TO MY FACE THAT THERE WERE 100 BRACELETS ISSUED EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE MORE LIKE 400. WAS I THEN REALLY REQUIRED TO SIGN ALL 400 WHILE MY MOTHER AND FATHER AND UNCLES AND AUNTS AND EVERYONE ELSE WAITED? DID I NOT MAKE ENOUGH OF AN EFFORT TO SHOW MY APPRECIATION??? DO I NEED TO GIVE UP MY FIRST BORN CHILD?????? DOES ANYONE NEED A LIVER IM O+????????

There are probably alot of people on this forum who are the ones that owe YOU alot Aaron. You might have an idea but will never know the true extent of how much your music has changed lives, mine for one. There are many times I will be listening to the "harder" songs like Mudshovel or Tolerate or so on when I start crying just thinking about those times in my room when I was a confused teenager and having those songs as an escape. Everyone around asks me why I would have so much emotion to an "angry" song, and I always tell them they will never understand. I wish there was more for us fans to do for you guys instead of just buying your albums and tickets and merch. I remember a time in Rockford, IL when my brother and I were walking on the street and about 60 yards ahead of us walks Mike to his tour bus, my brother started picking up the pace until I grabbed him and said no. The true fans will understand that you guys need your time too, and that the music you have put out is enough for all of us. We all appreciate you to the end of the world for signing items for us. They are our little pieces of history that will forever be implanted in our heads along with your music and we will NEVER give those up!!
Thank you Aaron for everything you have given us and continue to give and I am sure you arent sweating those idiots anymore. I am sure they just wanted to make their money on EBay anyway because they have no true appreciation of how much of your life is wrapped up into this, as well as how much of your life isnt. You dont owe us anything Aaron, thats for damn sure and the people who think you do owe them something were probably born with the silver spoon implanted in their a$$.
Thank you Aaron for everything you have done and continue to do, from the bottom of my heart.

I appreciate you and everything you do. Unfortunately I do not need a liver, but thanks for asking. lol. I'm just joking. You do so much more than you've ever had to for us, the fans. It was amazing to meet you and I hope I have that opportunity again one day. Those that find it in themselves to complain about you "not doing enough" are ignorant, you are one of four people in a band, we love that band and your music, but you are human and you all four need me-time and family-time. Some people just don't realize that. Once again, thank you for everything you've done for me. Keep rocking.

We appreciate everything you do for us Aaron. Just being able to attend a Staind concert or one of your solo shows is enough for me. Even if I never get to meet you in my life, I will appreciate everything you do. I can tell you truly care about the fans. I know it would be hard for you and it would piss a lot of people off, but try to say no sometimes. If I would have been at Mohegan Sun that night, and you had to say no, I would have no hard feelings against you. I would still continue to follow and support Staind. You rock Aaron, hope you and your family have a happy holiday season.

Hey Aaron,
I have no idea what happened at this show, but coming from one of your fans, I greatly appreciate all that you do. I cannot imagine how hard it is for you to tour and be away from your family. I was able to meet you in Philly on 8/30 and it was fantastic. You were down to earth, and relaxed. It was so nice to see a musician that is really there for their fans. So to what the haters say - fuck them, they need to realize that yes you love your fans, but family comes first and no one will judge you or tell you thats wrong - and if they do - they are not true fans or supporters of you....see you in AC!!

That blog makes total sense. I think the one thing people forget to recognize is the efforts that are made on your part to show your gratitude to the fans and that's sad. You guys are human and can only please so many people. It must get irritating that people always want, want, want and when they don't get their way, that's when you owe them something. That's total BS!! People don't understand there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. That's why there are VIP packages!! That is something that is part of the show. LOL!! Well, I want to thank you guys for all the love you show your fans. I seen you in Detroit on the 4th of July and here in Chicago two days ago. Awesome! I haven't been fortunate enough to get a meet and greet. After each show I've seen, I promise myself the next time I will purchase VIP. Maybe next year! LOL!

You are AMAZING in everything that you do and you being as down to earth and generous as you are is one of the reasons Im so amazed by you. You are beautiful on the inside and out! (had to add that) lol Im sooo thankful for you and your music...If only...thats all I gotta say for now. Keep strong!
