DOES ANYONE NEED A LIVER?????????

ARE YOU FOR REAL???? I DO SO MUCH, AND GIVE SO MUCH, THAT ITS NOW EXPECTED OF ME?????? THAT I NOW SOMEHOW OWE YOU MORE THAN THE CD YOU CHOSE TO PURCHASE, OR THE SHOW YOU CHOSE TO BUY A TICKET FOR, OR THE HOURS AND HOURS THAT IVE STOOD OUT IN THE RAIN OR SNOW TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS AND TALK UNTIL PEOPLE START WALKING AWAY,OR THE THOUSANDS OF FANS THAT IVE GOTTEN INTO A SHOW WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE A TICKET, OR THE COUNTLESS TIMES IVE BROUGHT FANS ONTO THE BUS OR PUT THEM SIDESTAGE, OR THE COUNTLESS CHARITIES I GIVE TO, OR THE HOURS I SPEND ON THIS SITE, OR THE MEET AND GREETS THAT I DO EVERY DAY, OR THE HUNDREDS OF TIMES IVE GIVEN YOU CREDIT FOR US STILL BEING HERE. IS THAT NOT ENOUGH.........CAN I SOMEHOW GIVE MORE..........MAYBE I SHOULD GIVE MY HOUSE AWAY IN A CONTEST- AFTER ALL, YOURE THE REASON I HAVE IT RIGHT..........MY GUITARS TOO CAUSE AFTER ALL, I WOULDNT NEED THEM IF IT WASNT FOR YOU RIGHT........SHOULD I LEAVE MY KIDS TO YOU AS WELL IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT????????? I BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE MY FANS FEEL APPRECIATED. YOU ARE THE REASON IM HERE.......BUT IM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE THIS IS NOW REQUIRED OF ME WHICH IS TRUELY NOT THE CASE. I DO THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WANT TO. WOULDNT IT BE SAD IF THAT WASNT THE CASE ANYMORE. IM SORRY TO SOUND SO AGREVATED BUT FRANKLY I AM. I TAKE WHAT YOU ALL HAVE TO SAY VERY PERSONALLY BECAUSE I DO CARE ABOUT THE FANS AND I IM VERY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT I AM STILL HERE BECAUSE OF YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.

IN REFERENCE TO THE MOHEGAN SUN INCIDENT THAT HAS ME SO IRRITATED RIGHT NOW, I GUESS MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DO TOO MUCH. I STARTED MY DAY AT MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY BY DRIVING MY PICK UP TRUCK FROM NIAGARA FALLS(BASICALLY CANADA) WHERE I HAD PLAYED THURSDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT TO ARRIVE AT THE MOHEGAN SUN AROUND 9 AM. MY INTERVIEWS FOR THE DAY STARTED AT 2:00 WHICH WERE FOLLOWED BY 3 DIFFERENT MEET AND GREETS BEFORE GOING ON STAGE I THEN PLAYED FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR THE THIRD SHOW IN A ROW. AFTER, I FELT THAT I COULD DO A LITTLE MORE FOR EVERYONE BY GOING OUT AND SIGNING SOME MORE AND SAYING THANKS AND HELLO EVEN THOUGH I HAD 80 TO 90 FRIENDS AND FAMILY WAITING BACKSTAGE FOR ME. I THEN LET THE VENUE PUT ME ON DISPLAY IN THE MAIN CORRIDOR OF THE CASINO WITH A LINE THAT REACHED INTO THE OLD CASINO AT THE FAR END. THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAD TO BE REGULATED SOMEHOW OR ELSE I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE JUST JUMPED DOWN FROM THE STAGE AFTER THE LAST SONG AND STARTED SIGNING, HENCE WHERE THE BRACELETS CAME INTO PLAY. THE VENDOR OF SUCH BRACELETS TOLD ME RIGHT TO MY FACE THAT THERE WERE 100 BRACELETS ISSUED EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE MORE LIKE 400. WAS I THEN REALLY REQUIRED TO SIGN ALL 400 WHILE MY MOTHER AND FATHER AND UNCLES AND AUNTS AND EVERYONE ELSE WAITED? DID I NOT MAKE ENOUGH OF AN EFFORT TO SHOW MY APPRECIATION??? DO I NEED TO GIVE UP MY FIRST BORN CHILD?????? DOES ANYONE NEED A LIVER IM O+????????

I just now saw this...I hope you dont feel like this anymore...your so loved....I saw you in pensecola Florida at the Saenger Theater in Feb 12...there was 1 guy that was so freakin rude...but you told him to shut the fuck up!!! That was awesome!!! Love you!!!

Aaron, You are a beautiful tortured soul, unfortunately there are people in this world who will tread on you, back stab you etc for you absolute kindness and unconditional love.  Just remember you have a gorgeous family, and many many loyal fans who adore you, respect you and wish you nothing but the best in life.  Whatever your future holds, you will forever be in my heart.  You have helped so many people with your incredibly sensitive lyrics which I know come from the deepest and darkest recesses of your soul.  Just remember this saying *Without Music, Life Would Be A Mistake*.. Stay true bro.  Even though this happened some time ago, can't let selfish ass ingrates define you.  Ain't no doubt that you give of your soul to each and everyone of us who are FORTUNATE enough to be called STAiND fans (I say that with the utmost respect for your entire body of work).  Keep this shit up and 'ol boy is gonna go John Galt on our asses.

So many people these days are so ungrateful it's pathetic. Don't let people bring you down, honestly there not worth the pain. Your real fans understand that you can't do everything, and are grateful just to see you perform live. .My friend and ! got the chance to meet you a few weeks ago in Portland, OR. and it was awesome, even thought I was ridiculously nervous and didn't really say much. :P But I am very thankful that you took the time out of your day to do so.. Even if I didn't win the Meet and Greet passes and didn't get to meet you the day of the show, The show itself was AMAZING, and would have been enough.. My Dad said you were way better live than anybody he'd even seen before. (My Dad tends to be a really opinionated person so coming for him, I would consider it a huge compliment) We will definitely be seeing you agian next time you come to town :D

  Hi Aaron well its tough when you need to start ot feel like you need to say sorry.You give your fans all of you either on or off stage there are times one just needs to be with family.You give us as much as we give to you remember we are all here for you as well. It was a great thing you did with your kids school and all of the things you do in that regards.So enjoy all that life has to offer and just enjoy the ride its all we can do.

Wow my jaw just dropped...Amy that is the best response that I read to this blog yet!!!  Before I met the guys that is exactly how I felt and if you ever get the chance to meet the guys, you will have a whole other level of respect for them....they are some of the most humble and respectful people I have ever met and I will always love them and support them for that!!!! I will never forget the first time I met them, I just happened to park in the same parking lot as their tour buses at a small venue and was chillin waitin on time for the show and happen to meet them one by one as they came out....it was one of the best days for me!! =) I will always be thankful for their music and humbleness!!!

This blog title made me laugh!! Then I read it and felt bad. I can't imagine being away from your kids and wife for such long periods of time, spending more than half of your life on a tour bus, giving so much of yourself and then being made to feel like you still didn't do enough. I have never gotten a pic with you, don't have your autograph - but you're still one of my favorite artists. I don't need to touch you or have your signed picture on my wall to feel like you appreciate me as a fan. I felt like you were singing to me at the solo tour in Houston, I think everyone felt that way! It was amazing how you managed to make it such an intimate setting, like you were singing to each and every one of us on a personal level. That is way more than I could have ever hoped for or expected to get out of any concert. I still had to laugh a little as I read this blog because when I joined this group, I was shocked at how many people had pictures with you. Pretty amazing that anyone would feel like you don't appreciate your fans.



If you're looking for a great concert and looking to get something out of it, sit back, enjoy the music, enjoy the little moments that he stops to talk about his life - like his "very irresponsible tree cutting" haha!, show respect, and go home feeling satisfied that you got to see one of the greatest artists ever. It was more than enough for me!

Everything that you have done has meant so much to us all Aaron. It truly has. I'm sorry that people don't seem to find it to be enough, but those who truly care for you will understand. Like all of us on here. We all seem to be like a family. Always there for each other. And we will always be there for you. I promise. Personally I think seeing you vent makes people wake up and realize that you're not super man (but you're pretty damn close! lol). But you know what? If you ever want to vent, please do. Because we are all here for you (right everyone?).

p.s. If you ever need to get away for a little bit, come down to Cape Cod and my friend and I will throw you a bonfire and you and your family and friends can just sit back and relax! :)

i can not believe you feel like this! To touch so many< i am sorry that you feel that you have to explain yourself. As fans they should understand the pressure. I am sorry, i (as well as millions) see the truth. STOP EXPLAINING YOURSELF, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD???You will never make EVERYONE happy!, but ur real fans should not be selfish, they should appriciate, ...............like me .......you are great! I wish we were little together, (cause then we could have spent the days together riding bikes and talking!( i probably would of kicked ur but in football n kickball! betcha!
