As far as I know to get the meet & greets you have to be a member of the fan club, then you get notified of the presales and the option to purchase the VIP meet & greet packages. This is how I did it anyway and the VIP packages for the Mohegan show sold out really quick.

i am going to go in feb to see him too. i really hope he does pardon me....alot of the songs from the new album are f*kin phenomenal. i cant even deal. my only problem with the show last week was that it was so short! they only played for like an hour and 20 min....i just felt like it needed to be longer....
