The song was planned to the best of my knowledge. It was recorded by the steps in Fred's basement, Aaron said he was wearing boots and the loud thunks you hear before the song are him walking down the stairs.

I used to do a lot of different Staind covers on guitar, and recently decided to re-do them since my old ones I did about 2+ years ago. Anyway, I'm attempting to do every Staind song this time around, slowly but surely. At the moment I have most of The Illusion of Progress and Tormented uploaded onto YouTube (www.youtube.com/ErikD89) and under the Video section of this site. Anyway, if you're into that kinda thing, check them out and tell me what you think. Thank you!
