This album is actually pretty amazing. I mean, I think it's not recognized near as much as it deserves. That's kind of typical society though, I guess. If you walk up to some random person on the street and hand this album to them, It's just like all that bull-shit with Fred Durst back when Staind first started, they'll take one look at the cover art, and tell you that its fucked up and something that they would never listen to. One of the major reasons that I really respect Tormented is that it's the real fucking deal. It wasn't created in the high-hope's that some record company would recognize it and make major amounts of money, it wasn't created with the thought that overuse of censorship and "pretty album art" would get any of the tracks played on the radio, it was made for the music. Staind created it how all music should be, every part of this album, every last word, is coming straight from Aaron's heart. Society teaches us to cage in situations or what-not just like Tormtented... To believe that if it's not pretty and doesn't appeal to the major crowd, to never let it reach the surface. Which is bullshit. But that's how it is. I'm not exactly saying that the points or music that this album cover's are something that you should go and take to heart and believe with an undying will, because, by no means, this album is not "pretty". But it deserve's so much more respect than a quick glance, which is what it usually gets.

Yeeeaaa! All the albums are great, but I agree, This and Dysfunction are the best.I would like to hear Tormented with better sound. Remastered or something. But it's great like it is too.
