Well, let me ask you first, why can't you understand the lyrics? Don't you speak english? Because is very clear. But anyway:
Yesterday talks about the things that Aaron or someone had to live trough during his childhood, sayin' that he pull trough, and that he doesn't know how did the other person turn out, and mension the person that make them suffer, but not say her/his name, or something like that.
Reality talks about a person (I'de like to believe it's a girl, is more idealistic) that is walking trough life with pain, and ashamed from what they think, so she hides behind the mask of suit and tie, behind an image that's not real, while the real monster is insede her
Consider that I don't speak english fluidly, so the words that a choosed here may not be the ones I wanted to use

i think in "Yesterday" Aaron talks about harsh life someone (I can imagine a girl in this case) put him through and he's been wanting to lash and say who they are but can't, cuz he knows karma will work out for him in the end.
For "Tonight", i think he's talking about watching someone grow over the years and he finally gets to see the person they became while at the same time he does the same thing for himself. He grew older and wiser. He's not so full of hate and he's more a people person, well not exactly literally. but, yout get the point.
and last, "Reality", I think it may be about someone who drifts away from his/her home and family and deserts them and realizes they cant do everything by themselves.

I could be wrong but thats what i got out of it =D
