What was the best Staind show you went to and Why?

I know this is a very hard question, but what show sticks out in your head more then others?

I would have to say July 3rd 2007 at the Borgata, why? cause on the way Ramona and I were jammin out to Staind and kept saying wow imagine if they played this? All the songs that we were like nah they won't play it, they fuckin did. We were so fuckin stoked it was the best show ever.

I would have to say on 06-06-06 in Washington DC, It was on the Jagermister Tour with Three Days Grace. They were a great opener and they guys played all good songs. Suffocate, This Love (Pantera Cover), Pressure, Tolerate, SLM. Oh yeah, and Mike played this long-ass solo with Dimebag's guitar! It was a standout moment in my mind. After the show we got two of Oldschool's picks and the setlist for the night. Aaron signed it for us too. It was good energy in the crowd and we right on the rail all night! Good times...
you can ask questions ;)

well, i think it was the show in february in cologne...(i met aaron for some seconds before the show!!!! finally after 8 years waiting)
i was standing in first row and it was amazing!!!

when i saw them in 2002 for the first time, it was like a new beautiful world welcoming me...
it was the first day in my life where i didn't feel alone at all and forgot all my worries!
Myrtle Beach, December, 2006.......front row, almost dead center on the rail......awesome set list.........and found out after the show like a month or 2, all the other cool folks that we call family were also there.....Lisa, Rocco, kids :), Raina, Kathy, Ramona???, Justin??? I hope I havent forgotten anyone......I just remember my big head being in 90% of Raina's pictures, and Lisa, Rocco and family up in the room stage side......good times......I only wish I had known that they were playing in Greenville the night before with Shinedown....missed that one....

Long story short, my band, State of Illusion, opened for Staind and Chevelle in Fayetteville NC on May 15 last year thanks to Aaron. It was definitely the coolest experience in my life to play in front of 4500-5000 people before Staind and then get to meet a lot of Staind fans. Also got to meet the band and hang out for a sec, which was awesome--it was the frist time I'd met them in person, and they were all really awesome and nice guys. One of the most standout parts was watching Staind in soundcheck...they played King of All Excuses, Come Again and Just Go. After the band finished, Mike soloed on an acoustic, which was awesome, then Aaron played a little bit of Comfortable Numb and all of Turn the Page. It was like my own private concert, and I swear my heart stopped when he played Turn the Page--it was absolutely incredible. They are all really great guys, and Aaron is definitely the coolest guy in the world for making my dream come true. Thanks Aaron!
last february in tilburg.
have seen them now 5 times but never with so much energy as this time.
they played very tight.
also great because my father was there also, to see my favourite band.
which is cool because he really got me into music.
he dragged me with him to paul mccartney, his hero, i will drag him to staind, my heroes :D
and he liked it! :D
This question makes me think of the first time I saw Staind. The venue was an old movie theater in Dallas. It was the middle of July in '03. It was extremely hot, very small, and packed. Static X opened for them. When Staind came on I was feeling it so hard that I broke away from my group friends that I was with, and was doing some kind of circle dance smoking a J. :)
Probably the first one... I believe it was in 2004, I left my group who refused to go in the pit... I made my way up there, got as close as I could to the stage, jumped, sang and had the best time with the crowd... walked out of the place soaked... it was like 100 degrees outside, maybe 115 inside the venue... Even Aaron said how fucking hot it was that night... I loved every second of that night!
Raleigh 2006... it was an awesome line up and my first Staind show! And little did we know that so many people we now call family were there and we didn't know them yet. So glad that all changed.

But as far as Staind shows were I was the happiest... Maryland wins hands down. Such a good weekend.. got to see T-bo's band. And I hung with my fav Staind peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jacob you forgot to mention how aaron called you to tell you you could open for them and you didnt answer the phone and he left a message "hey its aaron, you shouldve answered the phone." haha. classic. thank god he called back.

and yes cindy MD was the shit, as far as a weekend.

and I was at the Borgata show too Lisa. wish i knew you then. was a kick ass show. plus p.o.d. did something really cool. anyone hear that story before? haha

well as for my favorite show it would have to be one of two. one is the first one in 01. aaron didnt play guitar, sick set. solo nutshell. and it was my first. always remember it.

second favorite (really a tie) was the electric factory in 06? or 07?. it was supposed to be at a outside festival but there was a hurricane warning so the had it at the EF. way more people in that room than ever cause so many tickets were sold. great energy in that room. aaron was pissed that night, but not at the crowd, he felt our energy, so it came out in the music. This Love was fucking phenomenal. So was Comf Numb.
