I love all stains songs they actually remaind me of lots of things when I listen to them, but how about you guys ??? what is ur favorite song and why.. I know they r all awesome..

My fav song of theirs changes all the time.....for instance here lately since ive had some pretty shitty things going on with some of my family, Excess baggage is really speaking to me. It sometimes feels like Staind can read my mind...Ill really sit and listen to a song, and really listen to the words, and ill be like "damn that is so fucking true...." Staind songs have been the Soundtrack to my life!

I have favorite songs for different moods I am in. Like on an unusually BAD day at work (I work in the Human Service field) I may need Tolerate or 4 Walls which helps get out my utter frustration at the world. On more well adjusted days I listen to something off Illusions of Progress; I love Pardon Me or The Corner. I like Mudshovel or anything off Dysfunction for the treadmill!I love anything Aaron does acoustically 24/7. There's just NO WAY to pick a favorite song or a favorite album with Staind. I have been a fan of music for many,many years and this is the only band that I can't pick my favorite b/c it's impossible! Their music (and Aaron's voice)is just raw emotion that touches my soul and helps me exist.

It's so hard to choose! If I had to narrow it down though, I'd have to say either Intro, Schizophrenic Conversations, Can't Believe, or Let It Out, depending on my mood.....
