This has probably been asked before, but I just got a copy of Tormented as a gift. I was wondering how I can tell if it's an original 1996 Yap 'em copy, or the 2004 re-issue.

Thanks.

I think you can tell by the Parental Advisory sticker. I have a 2004 copy as far as I know, and it has the general Parental Advisory sticker, like on the other Staind CD's. If you have the 1996, it should say "EXPLICIT LYRICS", but if its 2004, it should say "EXPLICIT CONTENT".

Hope that helps!!

Thanks. I must have a 2004 copy. The reason why I was curious was that the copyright was 1996 yap 'em, not 2004 flip/atlantic.

It's highly unlikely you'll ever get a 1996. There's not a lot floating around.

The original release of the album was limited to 4000 copies

mine also has the copyright 96 yap em stuff on it. it also says yap em on the side where the case shows the record label...

SteFanie:

That's what has me confused. If it was the re-released copy, you'd think it would say (c)2004.
