To my Staind family
Ok, first of all I must tell you that I’ll be posting this everywhere, so that everyone of the family gets a chance to read it. So if you find it more than once, that’s the reason.
This is an open letter to all of my Staind family. For the few ones that don’t know it yet, I’ll tell you my story. Got in love with Staind in 2001, when I first heard Outside. It was a hard time for me back then and their music helped me a lot, like it did for the most of us. That’s why I started to read the old boards, to find out some news about the band. Finally I decided to join and what I found was not only a place where to talk about music, but also a group of people who welcomed me and made me feel home. The end of last year has been though for me, family problems, graduating, I felt so stressed and sad. One day I was talking to Eric (my papi!!) on msn and he was telling me how much excited he was for AC, we started to joke about me coming and meeting everyone and seeing Aaron too. He told me I just had to “believe”. He talked about that to all the other people of the family, Rosie, Tony, Cindy, Kathy, Cyndi, Lisa, so many ones I cannot even try to name them all! I’m just a student so I’m completely broke and what they did for me is more, much much more than I could ever ask life for. Ebay auctions, contributions from the other fans, they got to raise the money to make me come.
In less than 10 days I’ll be flying to the USA and all I want to say now is thanks. Thank you all for making this dream come true, I cannot even explain how I’m feeling. You made me feel special and loved, you don’t even know how much this means to me. You can bring a smile on my face even when I’m about to close my computer and cry all alone in my room for all the things that are going wrong in my life lately… I find your messages, texts and emails that make me feel like there’s someone out there who cares about me. You gave me something to look forward to.
Thanks for being there for me. You all are helping me more than you could ever imagine. I love you all, see you in AC!! Ohhh and plz, don’t make fun on my fucking accent… I’m so ashamed! :P

That's fantastic Milla!! The people on here seem real amazing! I met you briefly outside the Belfast show but we didn't talk much. I hope you enjoy the AC shows. I'll have to wait until he comes here with those shows (if that ever happens) for I'm a student too...

that is awesome. i feel your story. i work 2 jobs, sometimes 17 hr days and go to school part time. i take the extra $ and put back for shows. plan to use my tax return for a trip out west to catch the guys :)
it's nice when people can pull together for some cool shit like this. enjoy the show!!
