i figured out, which setlist would be perfect to me:

05. Suffocate
06. Pressure
07. So Far Away
08. Fade

11. Just Go
12. Blow Away
----------------------
13. Tangled Up In You (Aaron Acoustic)
14. Epiphany (Aaron Acoustic)
15. Outside (Aaron Acoustic)
16. It's Been Awhile (Aaron Acoustic)
----------------------
17. Mudshovel
18. Spleen
----------------------
Encore:
19. Excess Baggage (Aaron Acoustic)

that also would be a good set for a live-dvd. would be pretty dope in my opinion...

Dude.... where's Pardon Me :D
Well, I love Pardon Me, but it's not a "must be on the setlist" for me...

5 Aaron acoustic songs are too much for me. It's a Staind concert!
They would NOT end a show with Excess Baggage. Don't get me wrong, it's a great song to listen to when you're alone and in a particular mood - but you never end a show with a song that will depress the crowd. Ending with Mud or Spleen is obviously possible though, more-so for Mud.
By the way, I like your setlist for the most part, though I'm dying to see Open Your Eyes be put back onto the list. I don't think they've played that song live since 2001.
agreed. open your eyes!....

3. All I Want
4. Layne
5. Zoe Jane
6. So Far Away
7. King of All Excuses
8. Right Here
9. Outside

If I could pick the bands, in order of appearance(opener-headliner), it would be

Cavo
State Of Illusion(the guys that opened up for Staind in Fayetteville, NC. Very good set)
Seether
Staind
Well, if "Excess Baggage" depresses the crowd, Aaron shouldn't close shows with "Intro". It's almost the same feeling. And I think, the crowd would go crazy, if he would play "Excess Baggage", 'cause it's extremely rare and very touching as the end of a wonderful evening. But that's just my opinion....
