The Illusion of Progress
Love the album, all the songs are decent... but nothing seems to be JUMPING at me!! All the other albums seem to have a few tracks each that really capture me, but not this one...

Not feeling you. Pardon Me, Save Me, Break Away, Rainy Day Parade, just to name a few. Tangled Up in You is a great song. Now take it that this album is different than any of the other albums but I for one don't want the same album over and over again with just the lyrics changed like some bands. Progress is definetly not an Illusion.

This is It, The Way I Am, Save Me, Pardon Me, Lost Along The Way, Break Away, Raining Again, The Corner, and especially Nothing Left To Say is what I have been listening to non stop since the morning of Aug 19. Be patient though, sometimes new music takes time to capture you. Honestly at first I wasn't too excited about Believe, but for some reason it kept playing in my head and eventually I felt the beauty of it.

Well i for one, am definitely not feelin you..This whole album, every single song, has jumped all over me, even crept into my soul..Its by far their best album, it shows so much depth and maturity..Every song is very heartfelt, which with most bands you never get even close to that..dig a little deeper i say, and just breathe it all in :)

nothing staind does will ever come close to break the cycle. that was the peak of their careers. the tip-top. TIOP is still a good album though.

pop in early staind when it's time to get loud. pop in TIOP when you need to chill a little...it's all good. honestly, why does it all have to be more of the same shit to be considered worthy? my advice..be open to the journey...you won't be dissapointed.

Clearly some of you have issues reading.. i love the album....DID U MISS THAT PART?? i dont want the same shit repeated.... i just meant that not just ONE song was jumping at me.... maybe that means they are all as good as the others.... just basically just to see what song is REALLY grabbing you all!!!?

the song that immediately jumped out to me upon first listen, and still does, is "The Way I am." This song needs to be on Staind's setlist asap ;)
