Stimulate This? What, their bank accounts?
I was really excited when I heard about this show! They were calling it the "Stimulate This" tour and their was all this hype that it was going to be a super cheap show because they wanted to 'give back' to the fans in this shitty economy we're having. Then it came time to buy the tickets - $60 fuckin dollars each!! WTF!?!?!? Calling this the "Stimulate This" tour is a god damn slap in the face to your loyal fans when you're gouging them this much for the tickets. Stimulate This? The only thing being stimulated is your fucking bank accounts and egos!! What a god damn crock!

Damn, I didn't think this thread would still be going! Normally I don't bitch about the price of tickets, I go to a crapload of shows, but I just thought it was really fucked up that they're advertising this so heavily as a super low priced Stimulate This tour at 60 bucks a fuckin pop. o.0 Does nobody else see anything wrong with that?

You keep talking about this 60 bucks for the tickets, exactly what show are you talking about?? I have tickets for the Maryland show... the pit was the most expensive and they were 39.90 even after the fees from ticketmaster and shipping them to me, the total is 48.15 each... still dirt cheap for all those bands. I just dont understand what you bought. Now I did see on Ebay yesterday that someone is selling the exact tickets that I have for 300 bucks, that is outrageous, but 48 bucks a piece are NOT bad

The Denver show. Total price charged to my card was almost 60 each.

OK Solder... i just went to ticketmasters and tried to buy a ticket for the Denver show... the most expensive ticket is an Adult ticket the day of the show and that is $45.00. I dont know what you are buying, but I could have just bought a ticket for 42.50 plus fees and that aint bad nor is it $60.00! And from what I read that at each show, venders are making prices cheaper for food and drinks etc. It doesnt seem to me that its a bad deal, maybe I am wrong, but 4 bands plus venue and ticket master splitting my 48.00 isnt lining thier pockets with much!!!

That's not bad for 3 tickets. My b/f and I dished out almost $400 for 2 vip tickets...When we met Staind and Just Aaron 1 other time each it was $150 a ticket this time it was $175,but like my b/f said.. "nothing beats meetin the guys b4 the show" and the last time I met Aaron I somehow fucked up my cam and lost the pic I got to take with him and all the pics I took from the show.. So the only thing I walked outta there with after spendin all that money on tickets was the autograph on my back and the $800 I won at the casino that night lol... The ticket prices really aren't that bad when you think of all the ppl who are gettin some of the money from ticket sales and I get to see FIVE bands!!

All I can say is the fees must be different out west vs the east. I dont understand that at all. Like I said the most expensive ticket when i checked was 45 bucks the day of the show, maybe it was for a different section of the venue, anyhow have fun at your show and enjoy the day of music and friends.

Yeah I think the plan was for the tickets to be cheaper, but not every venue or ticketing site held out their end of the bargain. that's not the band's fault though. i got charged a shitload of extra fees, but that happens every time i buy tickets online, so no big surprises there. but i mean overall, i spent 104 for two tickets to see 5 solid bands, so that's not too shabby. if i had to pay that much, and be forced to sit through nickelback or some lame band like that, then i'd be pissed haha
