I don't like to say negative stuff about bands because i know that they do get sick and must cancel shows. However it just seems like a trend for this band ,they are one of my favorites but i am starting to loose a lot of respect for them. This is the third show they have canceled that i have had tickets too in Canada now. The sad thing is the people who i was going with all were joking saying they are not getting excited because they usually cancel anyways guess they were right!
Wow I have never had a Staind show cancelled that I was planning on attending. Aaron sounded like he was getting sick at the show that was from Denver the other night,. I just hope he will be fine soon!
I'm sorry your show got cancelled. I must say that I also have never had a Staind show I was going to attend get cancelled, though...and that is quite a few in MANY different areas. I guess Canada makes him sick lol. Okay, NOT funny, particularly since I'm pretty sure this is the show our boy Jay (Staind Canada aka Staind Nation) was finally going to get to see them play, again. Poor Jay...he was SO looking forward to this show, and has been so very psyched about it finally coming. However, despite all the fans that will be disappointed, I really hope Aaron will allow himself to get ALL well before resuming performing.
I'm so sorry this happen, but you know damn well Aaron has to be real sick to cancel. He sounded bad for the webcast but I didn't know he was that sick. Get well soon Aaron we are pulling for ya.
I'm so dissappointed, I love them and this is the first time I was going to go see them. I hope Aaron gets better. What I wonder is why they didn't re-scedule the show for when Aaron gets better. It just seems funny that they say 3 days and they wont re-shedule.
=(

I'm with Misha on this one, It's totally understandable that Aaron got sick and he can't perform he is human too after all but canceling the show altogether is kinda bullshit! I'm a huge Staind fan and haven't missed them once in Toronto in the last 10 years and was extremely looking forward to this show tonight as Staind is my all time favorite band but when I saw canceled with no re-schedule I was very upset at that fact as well. It would have been nice to see a 're-schedule to a further date, please keep your tickets' response instead like most bands do when they can't make a show. Not to happy!
This is absolute bullshit and the second time in a row Staind has canceled on me. I could understand if the staind guys even postponed the show, but no, they flat out canceled it with no warning. This was to be a very special Christmas surprise to someone I hold dear, this is a band that we both enjoy immensely. The amount of unprofessional-ism shown in dealing with this situation has left me so incredibly disappointed. It always stings when your hero's let you down, thanks a lot guys.
either way, get well soon Aaron, Hope your voice recovers 110%, even if you'll probably cancel the next time you revisit Toronto anyway.

Same with me Mikelotus, My sister turned 18 on Dec 5th and I bought her tickets to this show as we both immensely LOVE Staind and this was going to be her first ever concert. Big disappointment!
While I understand your disappointment, would you people prefer Aaron to do the show against doctor's orders, and not be able to sing well (if at all) like I heard Neil Diamond did not too long ago, sounding so horrible that the audience demanded their money back? Would THAT be professional of him to you??? Not to mention the long-term damage it could do to his voice! Have you even HEARD any of the bootlegs from any of the recent shows? I personally wouldn't even u/l some of the vids I have of him/Staind, because he's obviously been so hoarse and in pain while singing for hoards of fans day after day to not let them down. Have some f'n compassion and RESPECT for your so-called 'hero'! He's on the road away from his home and family most of the year, year-after-year to sing and play for US, often despite being sick, tired, etc. And, he plays songs like Outside & IBAW night after night knowing most expect and want to hear them, despite playing them undestandably gets old for him, etc. I mean, I TOTALLY understand your disappointment, particularly since something always seems to happen to cancel shows in your part of Canada, but to be so unappreciative for what he does & endures (as well as the rest of the guys) everyday for years on end for THE FANS, just because you happen to get the shiite end of the stick a couple of times due to unfortunate circumstances is not right. AND, to actually call him unprofessional for actually doing the professional thing is seriously just not right! And, well, as you can see, kinda pissed me off lol.
Again, you have EVERY right to be disappointed and pissed! Sadly you guys keep seeming to get a raw deal, but due to mitigating circumstances, NOT unprofessionalism...quite the opposite, actually. Aaron is more professional, and does and endures more for fans than just about any artist out there, period!
