I felt like crap about not going last year, after going to the first 2. The timing was just not working out, and I really wanted to see AIC!
So this year, I booked hotel and airfare before they even announced the lineup! :-)
Glad I did, it looks like a winner! Can't believe Breaking Benjamin is not involved, but everything else looks pretty sick! Psyched for Mushroomhead, just getting into them lately.
Be nice to see Aaron acoustic on one of the smaller stages too...

I don't know lol. Unless Aaron is planning on extending his solo tour overseas around that time, it would be fucking epic to have Staind play a one-off show at ROTR

It was a pretty short set, but well received. Me and this other dude fired up our whole section!
Would love to see Aaron on one of the side stages strumming the acoustic...but it looks like the lineup is pretty much a done deal.

Y'know, I was just over on the ROTR Myspace reading some of the commentary about this years lineup, and I got pretty pissed off...
Someone posed the question, what were your five best, and five worst performances from all of the combined ROTR lineups?
Almost without fail, Staind was in the five worst.
Now granted, it was a relatively short set, with some songs that a lot of people who aren't fans might not recognize, but man that is pretty harsh!
I don't really get the hatred. I guess it has to do with Aaron's stage presence, I guess the A.D.D. generation needs more titillation from silly dress up bands like Slipknot.

I saw the show the night before in Fayetteville with State of Illusion(Jacob's band) and Chevelle, and it was one hell of a night. I assume it was the same setlist, and even if not, any Staind show is pure fuckin' ownage.

Aaron rocks. i dnt care if he moves. he can stand there. he do the fuckin macarena if he wants. ima be there enjoying it. btw slipknot fuckin rocks. the masks are so ppl dnt judge based off physical appearance. STAIND FAN FOR LIFE AND MAGGOT TIL I DIE!!!
