Poll: Something Like Me or Zoe Jane?

So we all know that both of these songs are father-daughter relationship themed, so I think it's pretty appropriate to ask which song everyone prefers?

I know that it's incredibly tempting to say that you either love (or... dislike.. if that's the case) both songs, but choose one, and feel free to insert a reason if you'd like!


My vote goes to..... SLM! Reason? The chorus still gives me goosebumps to this day.... the simplicity and sincerity of the song is what makes it so heartwarming. I know the term heartwarming usually doesn't describe a song crafted by StainD, but.... there's a first for everything!

I would say Zoe Jane. The reason being is that its sweet and heart warming.

SLM...cant tell you how many times i find myself feeling underserving of any love..used to think that was craziness...that I was the only one who ever felt that way....Thats what is soo awesome about Aaron Lewis....and Staind...You feel suddenly like your not alone...like there are other fucked up people out there..lol But more than that, but that its ok to feel a lil fucked up sometimes....I hope that made sense..:)

Zoe Jane. Makes me remember my father and the days he wasn't home. I can't explain more. I cry almost everytime I listen to this song...

That's a difficult one...I think I'll go with Zoe Jane, but it's really close.
