i have been seeing their live shows for about 5 yrs now but just recently went to their headlining show nov 20 in huntington wv. i was planning on leaving home about 3pm with a car load of friends to hed that way to get in line for the show. i was on myspace that morning where i read an announcement about fimling for their music video in huntington that day. so i called my friends and told them that they knew how much i loved the band and i'm sorry but i'm leaving early! make a long story short i ended up at the venue about 8 hrs before the doors open just to get in line for this video thing. myself and 4 others got to go meet aaron on his bus and film a lil scene for the music video the way i am, european version. as if we will be used or ever seen who knows, but i swear it was the best day of my life. i felt like i could die happy meeting the man whose words has made such a difference in my life. i have sinced joined the fan club and plan on doing some official meet and greets however nothing will add up to the experience i had that november. it was really cool and really unexpected the way it all played out and meeting aaron.
Best moment would have to be at a meet and greet with Aaron in Providence, R.I. I got to sit in the music studio while he played "Bong hits for Breakfast". But the best part of the whole evening is when I got to play wiffleball with his daughters Zoe and Nyla before the show at Twin River Casino. With him being from Vermont, he brought his whole family along. It was unforgettable!
i dreamed i met aaron last night .. then went on ticket master to find birmingham uk is sold out ...
I went to that UMBC show too.
Hands down best experience was about 5 years ago when they were doing the 3DD and breaking benjamin tour. We drove 51/2 hours to Harrisburg, PA to meet them at a Best Buy. We waited for them to come outside to get pictures with them because we weren't allowed to take pictures in the store. Aaron asked if we were going to the show that night and we told him we wanted to but we lived so far away we didn't want to drive all that distance and have crappy seats. Aaron said "well do you want to go?" We were like "OH MY GOSH YES!!!!" So he had Richie reserve two tickets for us at will call. We were right by the stage the whole night! It was very sureal and one of the best days of my life.
these stories are great...wickedly jealous, keep them coming!
well my dream come true staind experience would be to meet them :( but for now my best was in '02 i had lawn seats @ spac in ny and the radio station was giving away tickets for better seats, i didnt get one, but some guy asked me if i wanted his. i was like HELL yeah!! i was sooo close to the stage, i got there in time to hear them play its been awhile. i was even able to get some guitar pics that they tossed. one of the best nights of my life.

my best experience was the first time i met aaron in amarillo, texas in nov. of '05. i waited out by the buses after the show and i came all prepared with stuff for him to sign and a sharpie. i had him sign my 14 shades cover to sweet zoe "jade", my daughter. i was the first one he came over to and when he turned to someone else i jokingly said, "don't you run off with my sharpie." that's when some guy pointed out that the sharpie he was using said staind on it. i was so nervous and i thought i had handed him the one that i brought. i felt like a douche bag, but it ended up just fine because at the end aaron said, "where's the chick that accused me of stealing her sharpie?"

and he gave me his staind sharpie

:)
