I just bought the staind fan club pack from best buy, but have no clue how to activate my membership.. ?
The directions say to log on to Staind.Com (Done.) Then to click on " Redeem Staind Membership Code." .... Where is this ? Help (:

Those fan club packs are from 2005 and you can't use them on the website. God I hate best buy for not taking them off the shelves. Email me @ Lisafromli@aol.com I will tell you what you have to do.

haha same happened to me. I was pissed off too, wondering why they steel sold them if they didnt work. but do what lisa says and it worked for me.

I can't believe those fan packs are still out there. It's 2009 for goodness sakes those packs were made in 2005, funny thing is in 2005 we couldn't find them. Now I know why we couldn't find them in 2005 they had them in their basement to take them out 4 fuckin year later. ha!
