Permalink Reply by RumpleTeaser on October 9, 2011 at 7:33pm i read somewhere his solo shows are 30 grand.
Not to rain on your wedding day man, But Aaron accepting to play some random fans wedding is something a desperate musician would do.
And Then there is the other problem. If he does it for you, he would be getting request every other day to play weddings. LOL... Maybe when he is like 55 years old and bored he will play a wedding.

I think Aaron would do it, I just don't think many people have 15-30 grand to pay for an hour or two.
Geez, haven't thought about that. Aaron makes 15,000 dollars an hour. HOLY FUCK!

Permalink Reply by RumpleTeaser on October 10, 2011 at 7:09pm well I'm assuming its 30 grand for him and his whole crew.
If he gets 30 grand, then the crew gets paid seperate, wow, that's a lot for two hours playing acoustic. I would do that shit every single night if I could!
And to Scott, you could easily find a great wedding band to maybe play the song for you? I'm sure it would mean just as much to you and your wife.

Permalink Reply by RumpleTeaser on October 13, 2011 at 11:49am when you think of all the countless shows they did that prolly cost them money in the beginning, it has to be a great feeling to sell-out your home area "the Mohican Sun" in like a half hour for a new years show....i just cant picture the boys all driving around in a van from show to show, just to be on a ticket with sum big names....they were prolly lucky if they pulled in $300 - $400 bucks, to split....that's basically liquid $, gas n beer...
Im with rumple teaser on this one...no popular band/ performer wants to be labeled into being a "wedding band/ singer"....besides when they get old they lock themselves a spot in vegas playing 6 nites a week like the rest of the has-beens...i see these guys being much classier then that....the thought is cool, but the realization is way out there for them doing a wedding...here's a thought....take her to a show and he'll be singing to you both, for a fraction of the cost...=)
