Does anyone know how long it takes for them to unlock your account once you are locked out? I forgot my password and after 5 failed attempts my account locked up. I reset my password and i still get the message "your account is temporarily blocked" - but that was about 5 hours ago. I wanted to get pre sale tickets but by the time i'm able to get in all the good tix will be gone!

try changing your password, worked for me
