Very, very cool! Yeah, congrats, AL!! Thanks for posting this link, JD!

AWESOME!!

BTW - Best of luck with the future solo record, too ...

Congratulations, Aaron! :)
Way to go Aaron!!  I wonder what the current sales totals are for the Town Line EP. That would be incredible if Town Line could get certified gold. I do look forward to his full country album release, whenever it happens. I just hope it doesn't prevent another Staind record from being released until ~2014, if ever.
Does anyone know what record label Aaron will be using for his full length album?

i wish he would do a full album of just normal acoustic songs. All those ones he played solo. Angel, sleeping at the wheel.

I bet that would sell a ton.

Don't do another country one!!!

I hear you, Rumple.  Although I wouldn't mind him doing more country, to me, his show and most of his songs sounded much better when they were just plain acoustic (particularly when Chris Ballini used to join him).  For years he kept saying we'd get an acoustic solo album, but it looks like we'll never get that, now.  It IS a shame, because so many of us were so looking forward to it for so many years...
yeah i agree

Don't be hatin' on my me-no-likey-Socialism music! Let the COUNTRY BOY do what he wants! ; ]

he should just record some of his solo shows and put it out like that.  minus the cover's of course.....

Hey now, JD, I DID say that I actually like the country he's done and wouldn't mind more (and, you know I'm down w/the anti-socialism/Obama crap, too), but to me Staind songs, the old stuff, covers, etc, were much better before he countrified them ALL at the acoustic shows.  He can and WILL do what he wants to (I wouldn't want him to do anything else), I'm just saying how I and many feel.  I'm not going to lie about it, for fear I'll be seen as less of a fan lol, like way too many people do.  Like it or not, I tell it like it is...always have, always will.  And, honestly, I am (and many others are) already going to less solo shows than I always have, and will go to even less if he continues to play every solo song countrified.  On the flip side, I'm certain many that never thought to go to one of his solo shows before will now be at as many as they can get to, due to finding him through his country stuff.  It's all just the realities of it.

i don't mind the country thing..... but it would be nice to have songs like Sleeping At The Wheel and Angel on disc..... i would prefer them not to be country just because i love the acoustic versions of them......i would however love to hear a "country" version of Bong Hits For Breakfast.....lmao that would be hilarious idgaf who you are
LOL  I think I'd like to hear that, too, since he's done it both Bluesy and Jazzy.  So, why not countrified?
