Album Review

I guess Staind isn't considered good music anymore because Rollingstone didn't even bother to review the new album what the F$%CK! Never liked Rollingstone, but I wanted to see what they had to say about this album. It is interesting that they have reviews for a tribute album to Buddy Holly, and reissued collections of Jimi Hendrix. There are reviews of various Rap, Jazz, and artists that I have never heard of Blitzen Trapper, Neon Indian, Wild Flag, and Trombone Shorty I could keep going but I wont. I am not bashing Jimi or Holly I happen to like them, but judging from past reviews from Rolingstone, BTC 3.5/5, 14SOG 2/5, Chapter V 2/5, TIOP 2.5/5, I would have liked to read what the so called music critics thought about this album. More than likely it would have been the same as the last 3 albums. It is always nice to read what the so called "experts" think about music.

Rolling stone can eat shit,who cares about a review anyway,cause its olny ONE person judging the album for everyone else!

I dont know about RS but Revolver just reviewed it today. 4 out of 5.

Cool I'll check it out. Adam it's not about the reviews, I just like to see what the "so called critics" think about it. I'd love to know how they come up with some of the crap that they write. I went back and read the past reviews and it is ironic that all the critics say basically the same thing, same shit different album, but what is funny is that they themselves are unoriginal, same shit different critic. As in touch with the music scene as they claim to be they can't seem to form an original thought. Its almost like they looked at the reviews for the previous album and copied it for the current one. I know we aren't big time music critics but all of us know that each album has been distinctly different from the next. So either they (Rollingstone) aren't listening to it, or they ARENT LISTENING TO IT. This is my personal pet peeve. It's fine, not everyone likes Staind, but at least form and intelligent opinion about the music and actually make an attempt to critique it.
