Aaron really needs to lose the guitar on the live show
Anyone agree? it takes away from the live show SO much. all he does is just stand there now like a statue. if it wasn't for mike, it would be so fucking boring watching them live.
I miss the old days when he would actually put all his concentration on singing, walk around the stage, bend over, etc. etc.
The thing is that it's not even necessary for him to be playing the guitar. I mean it would be cool on a couple of songs, but not the whole fucking show! it's just waaaay too fucking boring.
LOSE THE GUITAR AARON, WE ALL KNOW YOU CAN PLAY IT, BUT WOULD RATHER WATCH YOU ACTUALLY PERFORM A LIVE SHOW, NOT SIT IN A CHAIR LIKE YOU DO IN THE STUDIO.

i totally disagree i just went to a show in nov and going again. i always loved staind but i went mainly for seether. well, after watching staind and how he connected with the crowd, i gotta say that seether sucked compared to them the sound, the show was AMAZING. I CANT EVEN BELIEVE YOU THINK THEIR BORING!!! I GUESS EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN OPINION

man i dont know about you but i have a true passion for music, what it means and what it stands for!....... when i went to see staind they put on the best show i have ever seen! and this comes from a musician!.... i will play my music how i want and if people dont like it don't fuckin dont come to the show!...... but seriously the presents that someone makes on the stage shouldn't be what makes it boring or not!!.... dont know bout you but all i have to do is listen!.... but if you like staind so much it really wouldnt fuckin matter!

bingo... stuff changes.. but i liked it alot more when aaron moved around, got close to the crowd.. kinda boring now.. Some People complained he was boring years ago.. Now i wonder what they say??

half the time im at a staind concert my eyes are closed
and im just soaking in the music cause drunk idiots distract me cause i have A.D.D LOL
but anyways, thats why i love staind its about the music not about the bull shit that every fucking "rock band" does if i wanted to see some bull shit performance i would be gay and go to a nickleback concert

LET'S HONESTLY THINK ABOUT THIS STATEMENT...."Aaron really needs to lose the guitar on the live show"......NOT TO UPSET ANYONE THAT EXPRESSES THEIR PERSONAL OPINIONS...BUT I THINK MAYBE I WILL STATE MINE TO THIS ONE MADE.
WHEN AN ARTIST CAN BE VERSATILE ...THIS MEANS THAT THERE IS REAL TALENT. TO APPRECIATE AN ARTIST IN WHAT HE DOES...YOU HAVE TO APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO. YOU MAY PERSONALLY LOVE CERTAIN THINGS OF A SHOW AND HOW THINGS "USE TO BE" ON TOUR...BUT EVERY TIME THAT THERE IS A "NEW" SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS AMONG THIS, YOU MUST TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THE ARTIST IS EXPRESSING THE MUSIC THE WAY IT WAS INTENDED. IF THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE SONGS THAT AARON PLAYS THE GUITAR ON, YOU MUST APPRECIATE THAT. IF YOU DON'T THEN YOU AREN'T APPRECIATING THE "WHOLE" OF THIS PERSON, GROUP, AND THEIR TALENTS.
I PERSONALLY ENJOY THE MOMENTS THAT HE SLOWS DOWN THINGS AFTER THE EXCITEMENT BUILDS AND BUSTS OUT THE GUITAR. THIS SO SHOWS THAT HE IS VERY DIVERSE (AND FOR THE GROUP ALSO FOR THAT MATTER).
LIKE I SAID BEFORE, EVERYONE HAS AN OPINION SO THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG TO THIS STATEMENT.....JUST NUMEROUS SIDES TO THE CAN OF WORMS OPENED.

some of you people obv never went to staind shows pre 2008... Aaron would be all over the stage singing.. Not JUMPING around.. stop comparing it to punk rock bands jumping around.. But he actually walked to different parts of the stage... I for one liked that more. To the point that i don't know if i want to go see another show. I'm not gunna pay money to see aaron stand there for an hour then move around when he sings mudshovel for the last song. It just doesn't seem like a great show to me anymore unless maybe your lucky and get front row center dead on with the stage...That's just my opinion though..
