Both From Chapter IV great album i can practicaly sing every song on that album its one of my favorites also

I guess my favorite song is (It's Been Awhile) The song really hit home It make me thinx about my life and how far from being addiction to cocaine, and alcohol problems I been clean for 15 yrs now

Outside was the first song I've heard of Staind, so that song have a special place in my heart!
But to pick a favorite is impossible, hehe.

Love every song but the ones that hit me the most are Home, Epiphany, Spleen, outside, everything changes, and now believe. :)

Outside that song has and still does pull me thru the times when I think I can't take it anymore but really all their songs are my fravorite.

Its Been Awhile is my Uber favorite song. It help me get through tough times battling addiction, which destroyed my world, over and over. That was five years ago. I started singing karaoke, one of the first songs I found was "It's Been Awhile" to let out my hate and angst to A new life I started.
