Yes, no more top secret it was appoved to be online, it's also on VH1 the leak.

I never buy music - most of the time cds aren't worth their weight in beach sand. But I got on Youtube and listened to the album on there (all illegal uploads of course, but that's my point) and only then did I decide to buy it. So no, it won't hurt their sales.
