Hammerstein November 18th pre-sale?

Anyone know when the pre-sale for the fanclub starts for the Hammerstein Ballroom show in NYC November 18th. I know the tix go on sale for public on September 6th i think and the shows before have gone on pre-sale already or are soon. Just wondering if anyone knows anything. Thanks! They go on sale tomorrow morning.. you should get an email if you are a member of the dysfunctional fan club ^_^ ;)
